When Elon Musk agreed to his mega-deal with Twitter last April, the original intention was for Musk to purchase all of Twitter’s shares and privatize the business. Since then, Musk has decided to pull out of his deal due to Twitter trying to hide information about their bots. Both sides must now head to Delaware in October where Judge McCormick will rule if Musk must follow through with this multibillion-dollar acquisition.
