Most doctors are unaware that they are not only medical professionals, but inventors as well. When Dr. Daniel Brauman first started his career as a young plastic surgeon, he quickly took issue with the standard polyurethane breast implant and thought to himself “There has to be a better solution”. After a great deal of brainstorming, Dr. Brauman came up with an improved approach which resulted in the filing of multiple patents.
