You might not have to read the leaked opinion to learn anything new about Samuel Alito’s opinion on Roe v. Wade, but the real eye-opener within the treatise was Alito’s analysis on 5 factors that generate reasons for reversing precedent followed by a long list of cases that have been reversed by the Supreme Court. Looking at the numbers, a majority of Americans seem to be okay with conditional abortions, but that number is far from overwhelming.
