A college degree is no longer a guarantee you’ll land a rewarding, high-paying job. This is what happened in Laos to Phengta Fachalem, whose family sacrificed the farm to get her educated only to find out that her pharmacology degree wouldn’t earn her enough to support herself. Not willing to let her degree go to waste, Pheng is teaming up with Don Elan to create and fund her own pharmacy in her province.
