The holiday season is in full force and between gift giving and menu planning, charity is also on our minds. Giving back to the community ranks pretty high for guys like Andrew Gardiner whose company, The HireKey, prioritizes the welfare of veterans. Many veterans have a tough time transcribing their skill sets once they get back home and adapt to a civilian lifestyle. Likewise, employers don’t know how to interpret MOS’s (military occupational skills). Now is the time to evolve, right these wrongs and make the effort to help veterans achieve success at home.
