Coming out of the pandemic many people in the legal and financial sectors are opting to stay in the virtual office, but that’s not the only thing changing in the workplace. There’s a whole new approach evolving where having flexibility in your schedule has become a necessity and the typical 5-day work week has shrunk to 4- 4.5-days. Everything sounds pretty great until the CEO’s of trillion-dollar companies start wanting employees back in the office a few days a week. The end result? People end up quitting and big companies are shrinking fast.
