Justice Roberts granted a Stay to former President Donald Trump in the most recent attempt to get his tax returns to Congress after denials from the District Court and the Court of Appeal. Throughout this time, Trump has argued that he shouldn’t have to release his returns as they are confidential and always under audit. Jack Russo asks tax and accounting expert Steve Rabin, CPA, if the public understands that the tax returns of Donald and Melania Trump are required to be kept confidential by the IRS and may only be circumvented on a need-to-know basis.
