You don’t have to be a whiskey drinker to know about Jack Daniels. The name, the bottle, the label – everything about it is well known not just in America, but across the world. Now you would think a distillery that’s been in business for nearly 150 years would have dealt with just about every lawsuit there is to deal with, but the whiskey maker is currently embroiled in a trademark case with a company making dog chew toys that look like the iconic bottle.
